Kitesurfing Neretva in Croatia was a blast. The cold river Neretva comes straight from the mountains of Bosnia and ends up into the ocean close to Ploce. The cold water creates almost every day a light breeze for a session. It’s a beautiful kitespot and should be on your pocket list.
